Default carnivorous tree

While on a hike with my son's Cub Scout Pack we came across a carnivorous
tree as shown in the photo. Notice the spine and ribcage and the suggestion
of a spine and ribcage in the grain of the tree... Fortunately, we did not
loose any Cub Scouts while passing by... an adult human would not fit in the
belly of this beast so I personally never felt threatened.
