Is there any distance regarded as standard between a worktop and the base of a wall unit ? Not really - it depends, as someone else said, on heights of tower units, but also to a degree on tile sizes, wall features, hobs, height of user..... in my kitchen it's 600mm, roughly, which is 3 200mm/8" tiles. This works quite well, the worktop is quite "airy" and easy to use, the mini fluorescents are not too close, reasonably high things can be stood on the surface under the cupboards... __________________________________________________ ______________ Sent via the PAXemail system at paxemail.com |
