Hello, a lurker emerges with a few questions.
Does anyone have any experience of fitting and using Murphy Wall Beds ? Is there a UK alternative ? We need the occasional use of a double bed, but also the room is used for other purposes. A wall bed seems to be the answer. Any help gratefully recieved. Many thanks Gary Trend |

Woodfit sell a kit for wall beds, Deans furnishers sell a complete wall bed. For your requirements, consider a US style daybed, IKEA sell a couple of versions(crap IMO) but some are available from other manufacturers and you can locate them with a Google search going out to about 500 entries! Day beds (or daybeds) turn up on EBAY quite regularly. You need to check both spellings, as no one is quite sure which spelling to use in the UK. Hope this helps. Regards Capitol |
