I had a contractor to install an A/C unit this summer.....he said he
would help me to get the PSE&G rebate, but PSE&G returned last month that the forms were incompleted. And the contractor couldn't be reached either by phone nor his office. If anyone has the same experience or know how to fill up the form, very appreciated!! |

Here the power company is CLECO Electic company and I do know the power company will come see as to it being the right system as to getting the rebate or not. The only reason they want him to sign off on it is they know it was installed by a registered contractor and the job has a good chance of being right. Now here is what to do. Call the rebate department of the electric company and explain all the details and ask them to check it out and proceede on with the rebate program. I can't see them not if the contractor is not avaiable or not in town then to not give the rebate because of a contractor being out of pocket. Call them up and explain the problem and see what they can do. TURTLE |
