Default How not to damage silicone and paint

Ever noticed it says on these things not to store over 25C? My loft goes over that on a sunny day. I've programmed the vent which used to cool the computers which aren't up there anymore to blow fresh air into the loft if the loft is warmer than 25C and the difference between the outside temperature and the loft is greater than 3C. I love differential thermostats :-)
