Non-standard ATX power supply - Vectra

This particular ATX power supply has only 12 wires - the green (supposedly
power-on) does nothing at all.
(At least nothing having to do with powering up the device)

I have to touch a black ground wire to a WHITE wire - I discovered it by
guess and test!

Anyone have the exact pinout for this power supply?
