Well I'm sure it must look great, but can't seem to take all these odd ball
characters and paste them into a picture.. Not an option with Windows live
Mail.. Dang Windows 7..

That's why I switched to Thunderbird. I don't like TB as much as OE in
XP, which to my mind was elegant simplicity, but a lot more than WLM,
which I spent the better part of a year with it being a never ending
source of aggravation.

With WLM, instead of standing on the shoulders of the giants who went
before, the ADD generation programmers had the gall to think they could
improve on elegant simplicity with useless bells and whistles. :(

Yeah, maybe turned the outside, carved and/or routed the inside?

Follow the path of the unsafe, independent thinker. Expose your ideas
to the dangers of controversy. Speak your mind and fear less the label
of 'crackpot' than the stigma of conformity. And on issues that seem
important to you, stand up and be counted at any cost.

My guess would be using a CMT Bowl & Tray System Kit such as:

Glued up the curly maple/walnut sandwich and used a circle-
cutting jig on the bandsaw. Then routed out the pie shaped
cutouts using a home built template made from 1/4" MDF. It's
absolutely incredible the volume of shavings that are produced
routing out the compartments.
