Could be, but then how come everytime his handlers let him get on
TV he looks like he can barely tie his shoes. "Deer in the headlights"
is the most common description.

It is all part of his scheme. Even the left doesn't believe it, as
they know that President Bush is the most cunning person on the planet,
with powers far beyond those of mortal men.
