It's probably just a stock clearance. My (very superficial)
impression was that this and similar brands were being made and sold
as one step up from the el-cheapo Power Devil etc and it may be that
they have fallen between two stools: failing to attract the price is
everything brigade, also failing to attract those who know what they
want and who have price as a secondary consideration.
