Sigh. I was just trying not to be overly pedantic. Anyway, yes it is
possible, but I doubt the OP could accomplish it since it requires a
huge amount of support, politically. About the only thing to get through
now-a-days is the odd UDP, and they are rare.

Why take an attitude with me? I saw a statement from you which I
(and apparently others) interpreted in a way you did not intend,
and I responded according to what I thought you were asking.

Ok, point taken. I was a little irritated I haven't seen any other
replies to my post from others as of yet (and who knows, may not ever
see).

I'm not looking for a flame war. The day I have to "take it to email"
is the day I go off the net for a while and re-examine my priorities and
attitude.
