Why do you need a foundation of sand, etc., if laying pavers over
CONCRETE? Isn't that much like putting down (ceramic) tile in the
kitchen?
I'm thinking Sausalito(?) tile or similar.


Saltillo? Not really meant for outside, has to be set in mortar, will crack
with the slab.
