Putin asks to call Russia and talks for 15 minutes.

Blair calls the UK *and talks for an hour.
*When he is finished the devil informs him
that the cost is 4 million dollars, so he writes a cheque.

Finally George Bush gets his turn and talks for 4 hours.
* When he is finished the devil
informs him that the cost is 20 cents. *Bush just smiles.
Blair and Putin go ballistic, and ask the devil why
Bush got to call America *for only 20 cents??

The devil smiles and replies:
"Since Obama took over, the whole country has gone to hell.
So it's only a local call."
