Looks good, Hans... Love the old pine amber color and grain matching on
the front of the chest.. Looks like the sides with grain running in
opposite direction may not be too cooperative though when front and back
want to expand with change in seasons.. Hopefully won't cause any

I made it from pine panels bought at (I don't remember). The chest has
been around for over 15 years and has withstodd the changing humidities in
New York City area homes (Barely Long Island and North Jersey). We keep
the upstairs really cool in winter. Even the drawer never stuck grin. I
am confident that in this moderate climate, it will last until we and later
our children will not need it any more.
