Default Child's Table and Chairs

I'm looking for plans for a child's table and chairs. I did the google
search but most of the links are bad. I want it to be nice and heavy so
no chairs tipping or anything. I could just scale down a square table
and chairs. Maybe oak. But if anyone has any plans that would be great.

OK. You want free, or are you willing to pay? Kiids how old?
What didn't you like about the links you did find then?

The only way I know of to make a chair a kid can't tip over, if
they wanted to, would be nail the chair to the floor, and hope. So, I'm
thinking maybe a picnic table.
