Interesting! How did she get the tool images onto the squares? I like
the power cord print (I have a box just like it in the back of my
shop!)

At Christmas I bought her a bunch of material. A couple of pieces were
loaded with pictures of power tools and one had the power cords. She cut
out the images out and appliqued them on to the quilt.

Hmm i if you haven't already, it might be time to build a quilting
frame. :-)


She is long past that, she got a Long Arm sewing machine 2 summers ago. I
did build a large cabinet to house the machine and its tracks, poles, and
brackets and IIRC it also had 8 or 9 drawers.
