Dude, didn't you ask this question and people said you needed to
provide more information? You still do.

When you're finished "thinking of remodeling" the basement, and you get
into the planning stages, you'll get serious and pick up the damn
phone. It won't kill you. It won't kill the contractor - they don't
get every job they take a look at, so suck it up and call one.
